Okay, I think I got the ! use out of my system, but it's going to be hard to avoid them because I have some amazing news:

First, Bloom's release date has been moved to April 24th, which means it will be in stores in a little over two months!

Second, Bloom has been picked to be a Borders Original Voices selection for May. I am so honored to be a part of this amazing program.

Third, Bloom is going to be Books-A-Million Teen Book Club selection in August. This is another huge honor that I didn't expect, but I'm so thrilled that it's happened.

Okay, I've held off for as long as I can: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to everyone at Simon and Schuster for their amazing efforts on Bloom's behalf (with a special thank you to Victor and Hector for everything they've done, and to Jen for being so amazing) and, of course, thanks to Borders and Books-A-Million for these amazing opportunities.

I have some really exciting news--thanks to my fab agent, I've sold some more books! HarperCollins has bought another novel, and Simon Pulse has purchased two. (I'm trying not to abuse exclamation points, but it's hard. I want to put !!!!!!!!! after every sentence because I'm so happy.)

To celebrate, I'm going to....give away some books! (I bet you knew that one was coming.) The first four people to email me at elizabeth at elizabethwrites dot com with the subject line "more books!" will each receive a couple of books. Authors featured are: Libba Bray, Kate Brian, E. Lockhart, and Cara Lockwood.

I'll be updating the website with more information about the books soon.
