You know what? Today has always been "THAT Tuesday" to me--the start of school or the beginning of total madness at work--whatever it is, this particular day has always been a day that's crazed for me. And I vote for changing that.
So, in honor of making this Tuesday into a regular Tuesday, I figure I'll give away some books.
One person will get a copy of Jaclyn Moriarty's latest, The Spell Book of Listen Taylor
One person will get a copy of Stephanie Hale's Revenge of the Homecoming Queen and Robyn Schneider's The Social Climber's Guide to High School
One person will get Kate Cann's Diving In, In The Deep End, and Sink or Swim.
If you're interested in winning, just leave a comment here (make sure you leave me a way to contact you--if you have your Blogger registration set to private with no blog, I've got no way to contact you!) or you can email me at elizabeth at elizabethwrites dot com I'll take entries through this Thursday, pick three names at random on this Friday, the 7th, and send the winners their books!

Interesting collection of books there, Elizabeth. I'm intrigued! Count me in for the giveaway. Is it okay to mention it on my blog? Let me know. My email -

I always started school before Labor Day, and I never knew that was weird until a few years ago. Regardless, Labor Day weekend is always spent getting school clothes and supplies, so I guess I can see where the craziness comes from.
I worked as a lifeguard for a few summers so Labor Day weekend always meant the end of summer for me - one last hurrah of vacationers before the park closed the lake swimming area. I already won a contest so I don't know if that makes me exempt but here's my email address anyway. emsbookshelf@gmail.com
Cheers! :-)
I always start school before labor day, too. Anyway, this has been an awful start to the week for me--books would make it better! :-)
Ooh, the Moriarty title sounds awfully intriguing (I'm sure the others are too).
Count me in. :)
These all sound like great books. I am getting my winter reading collection together and would love to add one of these to it! Thanks!
Books make any day better!
These sound great - count me in!

woohoo - a book giveaway!
I always started school before Labor Day too. In fact, when I was in elementary, we started very close to the beginning of August, and it wasn't until I grew older that school started later. I went to the same school my entire life - it's on a little island, so the elementary, middle school, and HS are all on the same campus (housed in separate buildings though). My graduating class had 26 people, which made going to the University of Florida, population close to 50,000, a HUGE change :)
Anyway, my email is ktchpgrl@ufl.edu - hope you're having a good day!
Woohoo! I love to read! :)
